Full Fat has been on an incredible journey since its inception in 2012. We started off in very humble beginnings with just three clients and one team member launching in a global recession. Since then we have mastered festival PR becoming industry-leaders in the experience economy, we diversified our roster and won our first global brand client and have never looked back. We navigated a turbulent but (let’s be honest) very positive leadership shake-up, got through a mass exodus and delivered a fair amount of crisis comms. We’ve manoeuvred the ever-evolving but oh so brilliant communications landscape and launched two new divisions. And let’s not forget surviving a worldwide pandemic. 

Yet we are here nine years later and we could not be prouder of what Full Fat has achieved and what it represents with our mighty, superstar team we are so proud to sit alongside (virtual for now) and who make the agency what it is today.

Our passion has always been about the people who work with us from our team to our clients to our bursting network of the most incredible and inspiring individuals and organisations. 

Behind the scenes we’ve worked hard to create a working environment that each and every employee can be proud of and enjoy. This includes Full Fat+, an employee programme to help us live by our values and inspire happiness, motivation, creativity, improved remote and flexible working plus more shared experiences, more fun & more community. Every year Full Fat now sets a company-wide financial target that if we hit, will see each employee receive a financial bonus. 

We are committed to ensuring diversity, equality and inclusivity across everything we do. This includes ensuring fair treatment, representation, transparency and progressive commitments that ensure equality across gender, sexuality, race, ability and more. We unveiled a series of commitments last year along with an employee-led DEI Committee to help the agency deliver against these aims and more in the future.

We’re looking forward to continuing to shape an agency and culture that we believe in, live by the values we uphold and deliver incredible work for the people and projects we love.
