Reid is a force to be reckoned with and regularly tackles subjects others shy away from. Her book ‘The Good Ally’ is set to be released in September 2021 and I have no doubt it will be phenomenal.

Blair Imani, Author and Activist

25-year-old Blair Imani is a black, queer, Muslim activist who is known for being a leading voice during the Black Lives Matter protests of 2016. She is the author of two historical books Modern HERstory: Stories of Women and Nonbinary People Rewriting History (2018) and Making Our Way Home: The Great Migration and the Black American Dream (2020). The New York Times praises Blair Imani’s unique “brand combining progressive lessons with vibrant visuals and a perky, quirky delivery.” Her work centers women and girls, global Black communities, and the LGBTQ community.

Her work is beautiful, raw and rich in narratives and captivating to watch. Fenn is a true role model for other women in film and media, and inspires conversation through her work. One to watch as she continues to make her mark influencing culture.
