SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our fast-paced agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for community management support, gathering community insights, scheduling posts, and crafting compelling copy. This role will also provide support for the content team as needed and assist with client management. This role requires a knowledge and passion for social media trends, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and growth for our clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Social Media Executive's role will be to support the Social Media Manager and Community Manager on the day-to-day delivery across the agency’s key clients. A minimum of one year’s experience is required within social media, with a good knowledge of the platform landscape and a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.
The right candidate should have a strong interest in food, drink, and cultural trends and be able to work on the company’s alcohol brands.
The role may also support the Content Producer and Influencer Manager on ad hoc projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Copywriting & Scheduling
Craft engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, aligned with client tone and objectives
Schedule posts across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in posting cadence and quality
Community Management
Manage community interactions across social media channels, fostering positive engagement and addressing comments or queries promptly
Support on community reporting and insights to evaluate engagement trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities
Channel Management
Assist with managing social media channels for multiple clients, maintaining consistent branding and tone of voice
Provide team support for content management and alignment with brand guidelines, client objectives, and industry trends
Influencers & Content Creators
Support in identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
Assist with influencer partnerships, negotiations, contracts, and campaign execution
Track and analyze influencer performance with the agency’s tools to measure campaign impact
Analytics and Reporting
Collaborate on the evaluation of social media campaigns, leveraging metrics like reach, impressions, and engagement
Prepare regular client reports with insights, recommendations, and performance metrics
Agency
Support in the management of the agency’s social media channels
Supporting the agency newsletter and blog
Feedback to team on emerging trends, platform changes and new features
Work closely with the media team on staying on top of cultural trends and sharing with the team
Taking call notes for internal and external meetings across all accounts
Supporting on new biz decks and planning when required
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Familiarity with key social tools like Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Experience with social insight tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Brandwatch is a bonus
