Full Fat is working in partnership with JGA to create an opportunity to take part in a placement programme for 2025.
The placement will be open to enthusiastic, driven, and creative candidate who looking for experience and learning opportunities at a creative comms agency across PR & Social Media. This will be the first step in their career in PR and Social Media and will support all levels of the organisation and work across the agency’s brand, lifestyle, events, festivals, food and drink clients.

Full Fat is a PR and Social Media creative communications agency in London connecting food, drink, wellbeing, festivals & events and attractions with Gen-Z and Millennial audiences. Press office support
Organisation of assets
Coverage saving, i.e. scanning, screen grabbing or audio recording
Media monitoring, i.e. reading the daily newspapers to look for client coverage, scanning our media monitoring service for coverage
Creating and maintaining mailing lists and contact databases
Drafting press releases and copy
Media liaison
Developing contacts across consumer and trade media
Media meets and attending media workshops
Pitching into journalists via the phone and on email for campaign sell ins
Issuing and managing press and influencer invitations for events
Supporting media promotional activity, such as competitions, sampling offers
Agency support
Research and audience insight
Participation in internal creative meetings for clients and new business
Writing newsletters and blogs
Events
Support for event preparation including accreditation, interviews, immersions
On-site presence supporting team and liaising with media including occasional weekends and evenings
Administration
Answering incoming calls and taking messages where required
Office admin duties when/where required
Essential Skills
Relatively inexperienced in PR/Comms in order to get access to funding-no degrees or postgrad or more than 1 year experience
A basic understanding of the media
A competent writer - this should come easy to the right candidate
Good spelling, punctuation and grammar across all written work
A good communicator - confident in presenting, conversing and listening
Organised - can prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage time well
Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
Computer savvy
Maths and English-C or 4 minimum grade at GCSE (and be able to prove this) or the equivalent
3 years residence in UK/Ireland
Not be in any other education/training
