We are looking for an experienced and organised Group Account Manager to support the delivery of a global PR strategy for a renowned alcohol brand. Reporting to the Group PR Account Director, this role involves coordinating across markets, managing day-to-day client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and adept at balancing multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across internal teams and partner agencies.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Group Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering global campaigns, acting as a key point of contact for clients and international partner agencies. You’ll work closely with the Group PR Account Director and internal teams to oversee project timelines, manage assets, and ensure all work aligns with the overarching strategy. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, cultural awareness, and excellent communication skills.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

Client & Partner Agency Management

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and ensuring smooth communication

  • Coordinate with partner agencies in key markets (e.g. China, Singapore, Germany, Canada) to deliver consistent and high-quality work

  • Support the Group PR Account Director in managing senior client relationships and resolving escalations

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Work with the Account Director to develop and implement global campaigns, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met

  • Assist in the creation of toolkits, press materials, and campaign guidelines for local market activation

  • Manage the distribution and tracking of assets, ensuring timely delivery and accessibility for all stakeholders

Project Management

  • Oversee detailed timelines and workflows, tracking progress and proactively addressing potential challenges

  • Support the Group PR Account Director in managing budgets, resource allocation, and reporting metrics

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations

Media & Influencer Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver global media and influencer strategies across earned, paid, and owned channels

  • Support the planning and execution of press, influencer, and KOL events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and flawless delivery

Insights & Reporting

  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data to prepare regular client reports with actionable insights

  • Monitor cultural trends and market developments to identify opportunities for client activation and strategy optimisation

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Provide guidance to the PR Executive, delegating tasks and ensuring their contributions align with project goals

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, including PR, social, and creative, to ensure integrated campaign delivery

  • Lead smaller projects independently, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLSET

  • Proven experience in PR account management, ideally with global or lifestyle brands

  • Strong understanding of the global media landscape and influencer marketing across multiple markets

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing client relationships

  • Experience coordinating with partner agencies and stakeholders across diverse markets

  • Familiarity with delivering events involving influencers, KOLs, and press attendees

  • Knowledge of cultural trends and the ability to provide actionable insights for client strategies

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL

  • Have 5+ years of experience in PR or communications, with at least 2 years managing global accounts

  • Be a problem-solver with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

  • Demonstrate cultural fluency and the ability to adapt strategies to different markets
