We are thrilled to announce that Full Fat is now a certified B Corp company, joining a global community of businesses committed to being a force for good. 

People and the planet come first at Full Fat. Achieving the B Corp certification cements our unwavering dedication to our people, the environment, the community, and the wider marketing and culture industry. 

What are B Corps? 

B Corps are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. By harnessing the power of business as a force for good, B Corps strive to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy for all.

Full Fat’s Impact Score

The B Impact Assessment is a rigorous and thorough review of the entire business across five key areas: Community, Customers, Environment, Governance, and Workers. A company would need a score of 80+ to be certified as a B Corp. 

From implementing policies for ethical marketing and the planet to fostering an inclusive employee culture and working with diverse local suppliers, we are holding ourselves accountable with purpose-led work and transparency.

We’re proud to share that Full Fat achieved a score of 103.8 - we set out with an ambitious target to demonstrate our commitment to people and our planet.

As a people-first and values-driven agency, our B-Corp certification cements our unwavering dedication to our team, our clients, our partners, our suppliers, the environment and the wider industry across culture and marketing.

Here’s some of our progress:

  • We have a deeper understanding of our supply chain with increased purpose on spending

  • We implemented a code of conduct holding all our partners to account

  • We implemented supplier screening + best-practice

  • We partnered with the brilliant Brixton Finishing School to deliver mentoring, workshops, and school + college talks and hired our first paid intern through their community 

  • We delivered over £20,000 of our time to charities and non-for-profits 

  • We understand our environmental impact and have offset all carbon emissions with plans to reduce further

  • We levelled up our team training + development

  • We are open and honest with our team about our financials including our profit 

  • We solidified our People + HR practices including better onboarding, line management, appraisals, feedback and anonymous staff surveys

  • We overhauled our policies from enhanced parental leave to menopause to flexible working to neurodivergence + more 

  • We created an ethical marketing policy housed on our website so anyone can see and if they wish, use it for themselves

  • We have a better understanding of our workforce across ethnicity, gender, age, ability, and socioeconomic background with policies and targets to retain what is our most diverse team

  • We improved our perks to include Private Medical Health Care, and free therapy with Self Space and levelled up Full Fat+ our culture + well-being programme

  • We set our Values + Mission with our team and uphold these every single day from human connection to adventure to good vibes and own it 

  • 100% of our team would recommend us as a great place to work and we are officially a London Living Wage Employer and more

So what’s next?

We have set clear + ambitious future environmental, social & governance targets. These include:

  1. Our People - Promoting and actioning positive change to ensure justice, diversity, equity, and inclusivity. This includes ensuring fair treatment, representation, transparency, and progressive commitments that ensure equal equity across gender, sexuality, race, ability and more.
