Salary bracket: £50,000 - £65,000

The Account Director or Senior Account Director will be a strategic leader, focused on delivering exceptional client services, campaign direction, and strategic leadership. This position will collaborate closely with key clients to develop and execute impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and a strong track record of driving growth and success. They will have a strong confidence in marketing knowledge and ability to work on campaign activations, a burgeoning network of cultural contacts to leverage for collaborations and a experience in brokering and managing partnerships.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTION
Strategic Leadership:
Direct the strategic vision for the agency's media accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering impactful results for clients
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, integrating earned, influencer and some social
Be an active player in the Senior Management Team, delivering on own Rocks that ladder up the agency’s annual goals and vision
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Ensure high client satisfaction levels, retention, team quality, and delivery
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice and strategic counsel
Lead high-stakes client meetings with confidence and exceptional presentation skills

Partnerships & events:
Suggest, broker and manage high-level media, brand and influencer partnerships for clients
Manage multiple stakeholders and nurture relationships
Plan and manage brand activations and events with meticulous detail, managing a team and ensuring on-site delivery is at the highest quality
Oversee and lead wrap report sessions with client and stakeholders
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of feedback, quality delivery, creativity, and continuous improvement
Oversee the training and development of team members, ensuring they achieve their full potential and identifying skills gaps
Directing campaigns:
Collaborate closely with Social and Influencer teams to deliver seamless integrated campaigns across multiple platforms
Ensure the successful execution of campaigns, guided by data-driven insights and strategic objectives
Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and promptly address any issues or concerns
Operational:
Ensure profitability and effective budget management across all media accounts
Ensure department cost trackers and profitability reports are up to date and report back to SMT & SLT
Ensure the department is operating at maximum effectiveness, following process and best practices
Business Development:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold pitching, and attending industry events
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and strategies in collaboration with the Head of Social and pitch team
Confidently develop project scopes and budgets for clients
Lead new business pitches with confidence and exceptional presentation skills
Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients ensuring their starting days with the agency are positive
